SUMIFS / Liquidity Provider

Sum Fees Earned by Pair

I need to sum 'Fees' where Pair is 'ETH/USDT' and Platform is 'Uniswap'.

formula.xlsx
=SUMIFS(D2:D9, B2:B9, "Uniswap", C2:C9, "ETH/USDT")

How it works: The SUMIFS function allows you to sum values in a range that meet multiple criteria. Here, it sums the 'Fees Earned (USD)' only for transactions where the 'Platform' is 'Uniswap' AND the 'Pair' is 'ETH/USDT'. This provides a precise total for fees generated from a specific liquidity pool on a particular decentralized exchange, crucial for analyzing profitability and performance.

Data Setup

Date Platform Pair Fees Earned (USD)
2023-01-01 Uniswap ETH/USDT 15.25
2023-01-01 SushiSwap WBTC/ETH 10.50
2023-01-02 Uniswap ETH/USDT 22.10
2023-01-02 Pancakeswap LINK/USDC 5.75
2023-01-03 Uniswap WBTC/ETH 8.90
2023-01-03 Uniswap ETH/USDT 18.00
2023-01-04 SushiSwap ETH/USDT 12.30
2023-01-04 Uniswap LINK/USDC 7.15

Step-by-Step Guide

1

Identify the range containing the values you want to sum (Fees Earned). In our data, this is column D, so `D2:D9`.

2

Identify the first criteria range (Platform). In our data, this is column B, so `B2:B9`.

3

Specify the first criterion, which is the platform name 'Uniswap'. Remember to enclose text in double quotes: `"Uniswap"`.

4

Identify the second criteria range (Pair). In our data, this is column C, so `C2:C9`.

5

Specify the second criterion, which is the pair 'ETH/USDT'. Enclose it in double quotes: `"ETH/USDT"`.

6

Combine these into the SUMIFS formula: `=SUMIFS(D2:D9, B2:B9, "Uniswap", C2:C9, "ETH/USDT")`.
