List Brands in Stock
I need a unique list of brands from the master inventory sheet to update the catalog.
=UNIQUE(B2:B11) How it works: The UNIQUE function is a dynamic array function that extracts all distinct values from a specified range. By applying it to the 'Brand' column (B2:B11), it efficiently filters out all duplicate brand names, providing a clean, unique list ready for catalog updates or further analysis. This eliminates the need for manual sorting and removing duplicates.

Open your master inventory Excel sheet.
Identify the column containing the 'Brand' names (e.g., Column B).
Select an empty cell where you want the unique list of brands to appear (e.g., cell D2).
Type the formula: `=UNIQUE(B2:B11)` (adjust the range B2:B11 to match your actual data range for brands).
Press Enter. Excel will automatically spill the unique list of brands into adjacent cells below.
