List Agencies Used This Month
I need to extract a unique list of temporary staffing agencies we utilized in October.
=UNIQUE(C2:C10) How it works: The `UNIQUE` function is perfect for this task as it extracts all distinct values from a specified range. By applying it to the 'Staffing Agency' column, you instantly get a clean list of every agency used without any duplicates, making it easy to review and report.

Step-by-Step Guide
Open your Excel spreadsheet containing the staffing agency data.
Identify the column that lists the 'Staffing Agency' names (e.g., Column C).
Select an empty cell where you want the unique list of agencies to appear (e.g., E2).
Type the formula `=UNIQUE(` into the selected cell.
Select the range of cells containing the agency names, excluding the header (e.g., `C2:C10`).
Close the parenthesis `)` and press Enter. The unique list of agencies will automatically spill into the cells below.
